"“If Aaron isn’t worried, you shouldn’t be” -friend who referred Aaron
You want Aaron in your corner on the buying or selling side. This man knows the area, is well versed in the buying/selling process (because hes worked every side of the mortgage process), completely self made and honest. What more do you want? Selling my house, his price point was perfect. The house was under contract in less than 24 hours with 2 offers, both with escalation clauses (the house sold for more than asking). When purchasing the new house, settlement almost fell through (bank owned foreclosure - we had everything ready) and he offered to let us crash at his home as a fall back plan if settlement didn’t happen. It didn’t resort to that, but it says who Aaron is. He takes pride in what he does.
